We charge no fees for returns or exchanges if the product is unused, undamaged, and returned with complete original packaging.

- All packaging (including tags, covers, fillers, boxes, etc.) must be returned.
- If any packaging is missing or damaged, the return/exchange cannot be processed.
- Keep the product ready for pickup once confirmed.

Return Process Timeline
Here’s how the complete return journey will look:

- Pickup will be arranged within 2 business days.
- Once the product reaches our facility and passes quality checks,
your refund will be processed within 8–10 days.
Refunds are initiated to the original mode of payment.
